Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Stocko fridges. If your building hosts a fridge, the signed pilot agreement between Stocko and the building governs that relationship, and it wins over anything here.

The site is provided for information about the Stocko program. Menus, prices, and commission figures shown on the site are samples and may differ per building and over time. Do not rely on them as an offer; the pilot agreement states the real numbers.

Prices are shown at the machine at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. If a purchase goes wrong, such as a vend failure or a spoiled item, email hello@trystocko.com with the machine location and approximate time, and we will refund or credit you.

The standard pilot is 90 days at no cost to the building. We own, insure, stock, and maintain the fridge, and we carry a $1M liability certificate delivered before install. Either side can end the pilot, and we remove the fridge within 7 days of a request. This paragraph is a summary for convenience; the signed pilot agreement is the binding document.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to break authentication or interfere with other visitors, and no submitting forms with someone else’s identity.

The Stocko name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to Stocko. Product and brand names on the menu belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe what we stock.

The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Stocko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here touches the terms of a signed pilot agreement.
