The terms, in writing.
No cost, no labor, no inventory risk, and no contract longer than the 90-day pilot. This page is the whole agreement, in the words we’ll actually use.
We own
The fridge
Bought, delivered, and installed by us.
The inventory
The specialty Asian shelf, stocked by us and tuned monthly from what actually sells.
The insurance
A $1M liability certificate, delivered before the fridge is.
The maintenance
Repairs, cleaning, and a 24/7 temperature monitor.
The labor
Restocked on our routes, nights and weekends.
You provide
A corner
Roughly the footprint of a home fridge: 39 by 35 inches.
An outlet
One standard 120V wall outlet. That's the whole utility bill conversation.
A yes
One email. We handle everything after it.
That’s the entire list. If a landlord approval or a COI naming your entity is needed, we handle the paperwork and deliver the certificate before install day.
Ninety days, start to call.
Day 0
The yes
You point at a corner. We confirm the fit, the outlet, and the delivery window.
Week 2
Install day
One visit. The fridge arrives wrapped in your building's name, stocked, and working.
Every week
We restock
Telemetry tells us what ran low before anyone notices. Your staff never touches it.
Every month
Your one-pager
What sold, what people asked for, your commission if you take one. One page, no meeting.
Day 90
Your call
Keep it and we keep stocking. Or one email, and it's gone within 7 days, free.
It becomes your amenity
The cabinet is wrapped and signed as “[Your Building] Essentials.” Mention it on tours, put it on your website — residents and tenants read it as yours, because it is.
Free-vend codes
Your front desk gets a stack of codes for free items. An unhappy resident, a tenant complaint, a rough move-in day — a code turns it around for the cost of a snack. We refill the stack.
Commission, honestly
Optional revenue share, named up front: maybe $50–100 a month. That’s not the reason to say yes — the amenity and the zero effort are. We’d rather tell you the small number than dodge it.
The out-clause
One email, and the fridge is gone within 7 days. Free, no questions.
The easy exit is the whole point. You are not signing up for a machine — you are lending us a corner for 90 days to prove one earns its floor space.
